Quietly building a medical spine.
PT Medika Prakarsa was founded in 2013 to close a gap operators in Indonesia know well: the distance between where people work and where good medicine happens.

People. Not processes.
Medicine is a human craft. MEDSA is run by three board-certified occupational physicians who still see patients and still go to sites themselves.

dr. Nuri Purwito Adi
Board-certified occupational medicine specialist. Sets MEDSA's strategic direction. National Secretary, Indonesia ICOH (2018–2022).

dr. Harman Nasution
Owns clinical standards and medical protocols across MEDSA. General Secretary — PJK3 & PERDOKHI.

dr. Cinthya Yuanita
Runs operations across all MEDSA clinics and on-site deployments. Oversees quality control, staffing, and logistics.
Certified. Registered.
We hold the full set of permits, professional memberships and accreditations required to operate clinics and on-site medical programs in Indonesia.
MEDSA holds every licence, accreditation, and government registration required to operate clinics, deploy on-site medical teams, and run occupational health programs anywhere in Indonesia — including Izin Klinik, PJK3 certifications from Kemnaker, and Ministry of Health proficiency recognition. The paperwork is current, the memberships are active, and we'll share the full dossier with qualifying partners on request.
