We do not ask for health information, so please don’t send medical records through the form. Patient records at our clinics are governed separately by medical confidentiality rules.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep in touch about the services you asked for. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent them.
