Operations is the work of making sure that what we promise on paper actually happens — at the clinic, on the rig, on every shift.
Runs the entire operating side of MEDSA — from the Jakarta clinics to medical teams deployed across remote sites in Indonesia. Builds the quality-control, staffing, and logistics systems that keep MEDSA's care consistent, wherever and whenever it's delivered.
