— Leadership / Vol. 04 Three directors · One standard of care
Board of Directors

Practising clinicians running the company.

MEDSA is led by three board-certified occupational physicians who continue to practise medicine themselves. Strategy, clinical standards, and operations are owned by the people accountable for them — not delegated upward.

A medical company is judged at the bedside and at the wellhead — not in the boardroom. We try to be present in both.

A board-certified occupational physician with more than two decades of experience spanning national policy work, academic teaching, and direct clinical practice at remote industrial sites. Sets MEDSA's strategic direction with a focus on medical integrity and operational reliability.

The standard of care does not change because the patient is on a rig. If anything, it has to be tighter.

Owns every clinical standard and medical protocol at MEDSA. Serves as General Secretary of the Indonesian Association of Occupational Health & Safety Companies (PJK3), helping shape national guidelines for industrial health — while continuing to see patients himself.

Operations is the work of making sure that what we promise on paper actually happens — at the clinic, on the rig, on every shift.

Runs the entire operating side of MEDSA — from the Jakarta clinics to medical teams deployed across remote sites in Indonesia. Builds the quality-control, staffing, and logistics systems that keep MEDSA's care consistent, wherever and whenever it's delivered.

— Operating values

How we work.

Three principles set by the directors and applied by every clinician, paramedic, and operations staff at MEDSA.

— 01 / Discipline

Standards do not bend.

Same MCU protocol in our Jakarta clinic and on a rig 600 nautical miles east. Same documentation. Same accountability.

— 02 / Presence

Show up. Always.

A 24/7 alarm centre is only useful if it is staffed by people who actually answer. Our principals take call.

— 03 / Detail

Medicine is in the small things.

A clean wellness room. A calibrated audiometer. A dressing changed on time. We pay attention to all of them.
